Part condition is indicated on each product page as Never-Used Surplus, or Refurbished. Surplus and refurbished parts are inspected and prepared according to our internal quality standards before sale.

Returns & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled parts in original condition. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Parts may be covered under a limited warranty from the date of delivery. If a part experiences issues under normal operating conditions during the warranty period, eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund, subject to verification. Contact support@houseofplc.com to initiate a warranty claim.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving an incorrect or defective part. Approved claims may be eligible for return and replacement, with shipping handled according to our standard procedures.
