30-Day Return and Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund if 30 days have passed after your purchase.

90-Day Exchange Policy: Our exchange policy is valid for 90 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an exchange or a refund if 90 days have passed since your purchase.

Before returning an item for an exchange or refund, please contact us through chat or using our contact form by emailing a request to support@houseofplc.com. Please include your order number in the message. Once you receive a response from us, please follow these steps:

  1. Send the goods back in the same condition as you received them.
  2. Ensure you are sending the exact item you received. Note: Serial numbers and records are maintained.
  3. Send the return or exchange to the address provided in our email.
  4. Within two business days of receiving the return confirmation, provide a tracking number for the shipment.

Your return or exchange will be denied if these steps are not followed appropriately.

Restocking Charge: Except in cases where one of the six reason codes applies, all returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge. You’ll not get a full refund if your return doesn’t fit one of the reason codes. Only if the returned item includes one of the reason codes listed below, may you make a return for an exchange within 90 days.

Please note that shipping costs are never refunded.

We must receive the item you wish to be refunded for before processing your refund. Within one week of receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one week of the refund being accepted. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account after it has been issued may vary.

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card provider as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email support@houseofplc.com.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Ship your item to the address provided in our email if you wish to return it. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning your item.
