Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused parts in original condition.
To be considered for a return, items should:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition with all packaging and documentation intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Parts that show signs of installation, modification, or use in any electrical system are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Simple 4-step process
- 1Email support@houseofplc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2Upon approval, you will receive further guidance on the return process.
- 3Package the part securely and ship it back using a tracked carrier (FedEx or UPS recommended).
- 4Ensure the package is properly labeled and marked for secure transit.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5â7 business days.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required under applicable circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-ordered or specially sourced parts
- Parts with broken anti-tamper seals or missing serial numbers
- Software licenses, firmware, or downloadable products
- Items requested for return beyond the stated return window
