Limited Warranty
Parts sold by House of PLC are covered under a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is provided directly by House of PLC and is separate from any manufacturer warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies to parts based on condition and proper use, including:
Never-Used Surplus Parts: Components that were previously held in inventory but have not been used
Refurbished Parts:Professionally restored components meeting original specifications
Our warranty is separate from and in addition to any manufacturer warranty that may still apply to your part.
2. What Is Covered
Parts may be covered under a limited warranty for issues arising from defects in materials or workmanship, depending on proper use and installation. Coverage may include:

Specification Non-Conformance: Parts that fail to perform to manufacturer specifications when correctly installed and operated within rated voltage, current, and temperature ranges
DOA (Dead on Arrival): Parts that do not function upon receipt
Approved warranty claims will be resolved with a replacement part or full refund — your choice, at no additional cost.
3. What Is Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
Physical Damage: Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or misuse
Out-of-Spec Operation: Operation outside manufacturer-specified voltage, current, or temperature ratings
Environmental Damage: Damage from electrical surges, moisture, contamination, or other environmental factors beyond our control

Unauthorized Modifications: Parts that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by a third party
Cosmetic Issues: Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, faded labels) that does not affect functionality
Consumable Components: Batteries, fuses, filters, and other consumable items
4. International Warranty
Parts may be covered under a limited warranty for international customers, subject to the same conditions as domestic orders.
Replacement Shipping: Shipping costs for warranty replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs when a physical inspection of the defective part is required
Import Duties: Any import duties or taxes on warranty replacements are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country
Claim Processing: International warranty claims are reviewed according to our standard procedures.
